Ingredients :
1/2 kg vadu ( Small mangoes)
1 1/2 heaped Tablespoon Rock salt
1Tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 Tbl.sp red chilli powder
caster oil -To apply on top of mangoes
1 1/2 tsp mustard
Powder mustard with chilli powder and then add salt water from mangoes which is soaked to grind.

usage of vadumango water, OK tell me
Once the mangoes are over yoh can add finely cut English vegetables….carrot, cabbage and csuliflowr tastes good.Even kilimooku mangai can be finely cut and added. Soak for few days and eat with uppuma or curd rice as pickle .
