Earlier you have said that millets will not get soaked and there is no need to soak it. But now you soak it overnight for this recipe. This is confusing.
Not at all.Grinding technic and pouring way makes a lot of difference in making adai.This dosa we all liked a lot.You should follow properly for any dish.

செய்யலாம்.அதோடு சிறிதே குதிரை வாலி மாவைக்கரைத்து கஞ்சி போல காய்ச்சி ஆரவைத்து கலந்தால் தோசை மிக நன்றாக வரும்.

Recently i came across one research in which they have mentioned this.I changed my view on this.
Will the taste be same as the pacharisi adai shown earlier? Did not like the taste of that adai recipe.
