Deepavali Special sweet : Chandra Kala / Surya kala ( Traditional sweet)

For outer dough : wheat Flour 1/2 cup , maida -1/2 cup, kesar colour,Baking Powder.
Pooranam : 1/4 Cup Bengal gram flour, Ghee -2 tsps, palkova -100 gms .
Sugar syrup : sugar -1 cup, water -1/2 cup, lemon
Oil – For deep frying
