Ingredients:
Maida -100 gms -1 level cup
Powdered sugar -60 gms
Butter -50 gms
Salt -a pinch
Baking powder -1/8 tsp
Milk -1/2 to 1 tsp
I tried it. my cookies browned well in the bottom and sides but was soft in the center even after completely cooled. how to fix it?
What oven you used? In OTG you have to use bake mode.The coil should not become red hot.Pre heating is must.

Pre heating in medium flame 7 minutes.Baking time after that is 10 to 12 minutes in med flame only.

We can use. Colour of biscuit will be different.

You can use. Powder it once properly .Or use fine brown sugar which we use during ayudha pooja.
