Can we dry fry thr badam in the pan instead of drying in the sun? Because its not hot in my place.
Use a heavy pan and dry roast in reduced flame.Do not over fry.Keep in the hot pan itself for few more minutes until it turns crispy.Colour should not change.You can use microwave oven also to dry nuts. Link

Most welcome ?.you can dry it under shade for a day and dry roast in reduced flame .Switch off and keep in that hot pan for sometime and prepare.
