Ingredients:
Raw rice -2 cups
Riceflakes -1 cup
Sour curds -1 cup
salt
Bengal Gram dhal
pepper
cumin seeds
mustard
Asafoetida
ginger
oil / ghee -5 tsps
cooking soda -2 pinches

Madam : if ” pacharisi ” is used, i am gastric acidic lady, will it get digested usually ” raw maavu steamed item” will hv digest problem for me , slow digestion also. Please let me know if BOILED RICE PUZHUNGAL ARISI” CAN be used. Also, is ” pachaai milagai” required. We don’t put any karam for normal idli. Can this batter be used for 2 days or only 1 day. Awaiting your reply thanks
You can try.No harm in trying .Grinding should be coarse.
We can avoid chillies if you don’t want.Add little papper alone for flavour.You can take it out while eating
