    Kambu or bajra is heating. None talk about different millets that should be eaten according to the season. You can’t have it in blazing summers.The same with foxtail millet or thinnai. It’s also pretty heating. While ragi is pretty neutral and can be had all year around. Unfortunately it can aggravate issues in people if the potency of various millets and the geographical place and season are not taken into consideration.
