Black urad -1 cup
Thuar dhal -2 cups
Parboiled Rice -3 cups
Pepper
cumin
salt
coconut
oil
Mustard
urad dhal
Asafoetida
curry leaves

      Not necessary.You can keep for few hours.I grind around 2.00 pm and use it for night tiffin.If it ferments for longer period adai becomes very soft like dosa.Not very tasty.
