Aunty🙏 kommu& ootaa spoil aavaganda undaendetkhi any preservatives add cheyyaouchana? If so what can b added?
It will never get spoilt if you use correct measurements.Mustard itself is a natural preservative.Use thin home made buttermilk .Strain it properly.Oota should be thin. Only thing i can suggest is adding lemon juice along with oota.We should use for kommulu and then only use that oota for other ootakayilu.
Your curds should be very sour.

Aunty while adding other vegetables to oota we should wash, cut, dry in shade and add to ? Or any other to do.. like dry in sun?
